About Dehaven Transportation
In 1960, the De Haven family took a chance and moved from Logan , WV to start a transfer and storage company in Roanoke, VA. With hard work and determination, surviving several floods and dips in the economy it grew to a very successful business. They worked in the transfer and storage industry for 40 years and decided to try a new venture. Selling the Transfer company, Ray and Steve De Haven opened a pick-up and delivery company called De Haven Transportation in 1997. De Haven Transportation has grown to move to a larger building and now having this building extended to accomadate a much needed space problem.
DeHaven Transportation has continued in pick-up and delivery as well as exclusive truck runs to 38 states, providing personal, specialized services has engrained a niche that makes for a prosperous, growing company. They are community and church orientated and make a contribution to the community by both providing jobs, services and utilizing local companies.
